A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on day of booking. Deposit can be sent by e-transfer to oktoberkreative@gmail.com. The remaining balance is due a day prior of session.

You can reschedule your booked photo appointment up to 7 working days prior to your session. 

Rescheduling an appointment must be made within 1 months of the original booked appointment. If not you would forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel your session you will forfeit your deposit.

Unedited photos from the session will be delivered within 5 business days. Once photos are selected for editing, it will take up to 10 business days upon being submitted for editing to be delivered.

A MUA is not included in any of the packages, however if one is required we can make a referral.
