Frequently Asked Questions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on day of booking. Deposit can be sent by e-transfer to oktoberkreative@gmail.com. The remaining balance is due a day prior of session.

  • You can reschedule your booked photo appointment up to 7 working days prior to your session. 

    Rescheduling an appointment must be made within 1 months of the original booked appointment. If not you would forfeit your deposit.

    If you cancel your session you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Unedited photos from the session will be delivered within 5 business days. Once photos are selected for editing, it will take up to 10 business days upon being submitted for editing to be delivered.

  • A MUA is not included in any of the packages, however if one is required we can make a referral.
